The Challenge
Hallam were asked to launch a new international support site for a client looking to expand, while maintaining consistency in their brand and tone of voice across different regions. They were concerned about adapting to local nuances, abbreviations, and the target market to have the greatest impact in new territories, and so approached ilc for our language and cultural expertise.
