The Challenge

Hallam were asked to launch a new international support site for a client looking to expand, while maintaining consistency in their brand and tone of voice across different regions. They were concerned about adapting to local nuances, abbreviations, and the target market to have the greatest impact in new territories, and so approached ilc for our language and cultural expertise.

The Result

Working collaboratively,  Hallam and ilc’s team of experts worked with the client and conducted  extensive research on the target market, including cultural and language  differences, and identified the most effective strategies for adapting the  brand and tone of voice to the local market.

As a result of this  tailored approach, the client was able to maintain consistency in the brand  and tone of voice, while adapting to local nuances and cultural differences. Ilc’s  solutions enabled them to have the greatest impact and effectively reach  their target audience in new markets.
